To make a withdrawal, please go to the Send money section (sidebar on the left) in your Delos profile.

The process consists of 5 steps. First, they choose currency type, Fiat or DLT Assets.

*Please note that for withdrawals of more than 500,000$ in DLT assets, you need to contact our support before initiating a payment

Then they select particular currency.

After that, they select their payment account associated with this currency.

In the next step, they select their counterparty, payment method, transfer amount and fill in payment description.

If you created a counterparty more than 30 minutes ago, and it’s still gray and unclickable, please contact our customer success team.

Note that the fee is represented in the final amount above the Continue button. Like in this example, the exchange rate is set as 0% but the minimum fixed fee is 0.35$, the final amount is 1000.35$ Remember that we charge both percentage fee and fixed fee if it’s stated in the commission section.

Please make sure you have enough funds on the balance to cover the fee. If you see the “insufficient funds” error, this is the first thing to check.

In the next step, you check the data you filled in. If all good, please click Confirm to finalize the transfer.

After that, you’ll see the notification of successful transfer.

Also, you’ll be able to see this in your Payments (transaction history) section.
