• End clients of BAAS - we need only Delos Terms incorporated to yours and signed with the client (if available)

3. Incorporation Document (Certificate of incorporation or equivalent)

4. Articles of Incorporation OR/AND Memo (or equivalent)

5. Shareholders register or UBOs register

6. If there are additional ownership layers, we would need A) Certificate of incorporation and their shareholder register to track the ownership “from bottom to top”; B) corporate structure chart (this will help process your application faster);
