Customer knows about suggested commissions when signing commercial agreement.

There can be fixed fees and percentage fees for all types of transactions, depending on currency and payment method.

Both types of fees are summed up, so in case you see bigger amount than expected based on percentage, please check if you have fixed fee as well.

When creating the transaction, they see the total (chosen amount + fee) near the Continue button. Note that if the account balance is less than this total, transaction can’t be processed.

In the Payments section (Transaction history) there won’t be a specific record on the fee charged, this amount is included in the overall operation amount. Meanwhile, customers can always contact customer success to clarify the current fees and the fee charged for the particular transaction.
