Testing

1)  In order to receive test access to our API documentation and test admin panel for BaaS service, please provide the company name and email address (will be used as login) to one of our representatives in Telegram chat or Slack.

2)  Once access is granted, you will receive links to Backend and Frontend API documentation as well as the test admin panel link. For the testing period, multiple access is not possible, you will receive only one set of credentials. Also, we will provide you with the link to our Wiki page with the articles describing the functionality of the admin panel, glossary and FAQ list.

3)  Your team has to test all the major functions described in the articles and ask any questions in written form in chat. They are addressed typically within 1 working day.

4)  As soon as you don’t have any more questions, to make sure you will be able to use the suggested features, depending on your preferred options, you will have to provide us with the screen videos from the admin panel and/or API responses proving that the key operations are being performed without any issues. These operations include:

·        Creating and editing client account

·        Filling in and submitting the client application including uploading documents

·        Creating and editing payment account (currency wallet) including adding the payment details (requisites)

·        Creating and editing users

·        Creating and submitting counterparties

·        Creating commissions accounts, adding personal commissions for clients

·        Creating financial operations, receiving information about financial operations (deposit, exchange, withdrawal)

The testing typically should not take longer than 2-3 weeks.

5)  We will review the videos and if everything is successful, will provide you with the prod links as well as prod credentials. After that, you will be able to set up your real account, add real clients and start receiving commissions from their operations.

If you are going to use your individual branding instead of Delos branding for documentation your clients will see, we will request you to send your logo with specific parameters.

Further communication

Note that even with prod access, you will have to contact our support for the following list of operations:

1)  New clients’ onboarding. After you fill in the application and add all the documents as per our requirements, you put the client account to the READY_FOR_MODERATION status and inform us with mentioning the client ID. We process the application and either approve the client and their account or inform you of any changes to be made to the application.
